Talk to Mark Lawrence. He’ll have some useful advice based on his similar issues earlier this year.

People scraping content off websites and trying to sell it as e-book versions is a genuine problem, but D2D can be annoying at times.

It’s fair enough really. I’m glad to see any tech platform have real people checking stuff given how many problems of the world currently involve the opposite

Oh wow. I had not seen that before.
That was pretty damn epic. (And who in their right mind at a PR firm would use terms like that even if they thought it was internal only?)

A ‘PR person’ who didn’t understand PR, Reply-All, apologies, or the Streisand Effect. And certainly getting a crash course in the last of those.
