No news is…exactly what we expected

It’s October 12 where I am and it is Monday evening in Europe, about 9 pm. If you were expecting amazing insights into legal battles from 2019 (see previous post), you will be disappointed but if you’ve been following this blog for a while then you won’t be surprised 😄

  1. I have to confess I had forgotten what we were supposed to expect today. For a moment, I was wondering whether today was the day that everybody who has been vaccinated against covid was supposed to drop dead.

    1. I mean it could have been the day that Castalia House outsold Tor Books, or the day that the Deep State came to arrest Sarah Hoyt for liking Heinlein too much. There are so many Puppy-Raptures in a backlog now, who can keep track?

Or the day that Infogalactic made Wikipedia obsolete, I think that was another of his predictions.

  2. Hey, there’s still 20 minutes till EOB in California!

(Except, of course, lots of places are closed for Columbus/Indigenous People’s Day, and all of Canada is closed for Thanksgiving.)

    1. Teddy can’t use calendars. All the courts are closed today, Oct. 11. Which he could have easily found out, as Real ‘Muricn Calendars all have it listed, and those are set long in advance.

If he’d lived in the US for any amount of time recently. He must be using one of those inferior European calendars.

      1. I can set my phone to auto include holidays from a bunch of different places in its calendar. I even have it set to display the lunar calendar too, so I can keep up with full moons and some of the Chinese festivals I semi-observe from my time in Malaysia.

I suppose sooperjeenyus Theodore can’t figure it out though.

      1. But Teddy’s pals didn’t end up owning Patreon, so I’m guessing that’s a big win for Patreon.

And a big fail for both Teddy’s pals and their self-pwn through court documents.

        Not a tie at all.
