It’s not sure whether the Weihenstephan brewery (not to be confused with Weihenstephan dairy) is really the oldest still operating brewery in the world, but beer has been made there, originally by monks, for more than 800 years. Today, it’s owned by the Bavarian state and affiliated with the brewing department of a technical collage. Yes, you can actually study beer brewing in Bavaria.

      1. Yup, it’s like beer communism. And brewed by liberal elitist college graduates, too. The only beer that could be more SJW friendly would by hipster craft beer.
